    This program has been designed for Ladies & Gents over 40 who want to see long lasting results and lose at least 6-10kg. Our program has now been used by thousands of men & women with amazing results.

  • Will this program work for me?

    With over 25 years of helping my clients on their weight loss journeys, I have never come across one client I could not help transform their body inside and out. Thats why I can offer such a strong guarantee. Stick with the plan and you will see amazing results.

  • How soon will I see results?

    Our clients see an average of 1.6kg - 5.7kg lost in the first week during their kickstart and an average of 6-10kg within the 42 days.

  • How many times per week will I have to train?

    I would always recommend at least 3 sessions per week but you are welcome to train more

    We will always be in contact with you ensuring you stay on track and maintain your progress along the way.
