Gingerbread Pancakes

Gingerbread Pancakes

Treat yourself to a tasty brekkie that will leave you feeling satisfied and ready for the day.

Ingredients:

1.5 cups rolled oats

2 scoops Orbit Nutrition Vanilla Protein Powder

1 tsp ginger

1/2 tsp mixed spice

1/2 tsp baking powder

1 egg

1 medium banana

3/4 cup almond milk

optional: Blueberries, sugar free maple syrup and crushed walnuts, to serve 

Method: 

  1. Add the dry ingredients to a blender and combine until the oats form a flour like consistency. 
  2. Serve with toppings of choice and enjoy!
  3. Add in the banana, egg and almond milk and blend until combined.
  4. Heat a little butter on a large saucepan, and cook the pancakes, flipping when bubbles start to form.
