No, this challenge is separate from your FFP membership and is a high-level coaching experience. There is a cost associated with this and payment plans are available.

Yes! You’ll need at least two sets of dumbbells (heavy and light) for this challenge and feel free to workout at home if you have the equipment.

This is a strict challenge with a very specific nutrition and workout plan to follow. This is in order to help you achieve the best results possible in the fastest time possible!
You’ll be following a Primal diet and eating nothing but high-quality foods like lean meats, fruits, vegetables, nuts, and healthy oils. No processed, packaged, fried, or fast food here! You’ll be focusing on single ingredient foods throughout your challenge.
