LOW CARB BROCCOLI AND TUNA SALAD

INGREDIENTS
  • 6 cups broccoli
  • 1⁄3 small onion, chopped
  • 125g plain greek yogurt
  • 1⁄2 cup almonds, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons red vinegar
  • 11⁄2 cans tuna
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp lemon pepper
  • 1 green onion

DIRECTIONS

In a large bowl combine
broccoli, tuna, onion, and
almonds. In a separate bowl,
mix yogurt, vinegar, and
seasonings, in a small bowl.
Pour dressing over broccoli
mixture and stir until evenly
distributed. Cover and
refrigerate for about an hour
until ready to serve.
