SMOKED SALMON PATTIES

Smoked salmon patties

Ingredients (4-6 servings):
  • 300 g smoked salmon –
  • 1 egg
  • 1⁄2 cup (dry) oats (blend oats to make oat flour)
  • 1⁄2 onion, diced
  • 100 g fresh spinach,
  • Cracked pepper and sea salt
Directions:
 Pre heat the oven at 180°C
 Put the salmon, egg, oat flour, onion, spinach and cracked
pepper & sea salt in a bowl
 Mix it all up well
 Make up patties. Make sure mix is not too dry
 Put the patties on a baking tray (lay down baking paper on tray
first)
 Place in the oven for about 15-18 minutes at 180°C
