Lime and coconut zesty treats that are macro-friendly and super easy to make!
Ingredients
1/2 cup almond meal
3/4 cup desiccated coconut
2 scoops Orbit Nutrition Vanilla Protein
1 1/2 Tbsp lime juice
Zest of 1 lime
1/4 cup raw honey or rice malt syrup
Method
- Place all of the ingredients in a bowl and mix well until combined.
- Line a small baking dish with baking paper and spread the mixture to make slices approx 1.5 centimetres thick. Press down firmly with the back of a spatula and place in the fridge for 30 mins to set.
- Once set, cut slices 10 small bars and store in an airtight container.
