Choc Mocha Protein Bars (Non Bake)
These healthy protein bars are great for snacks, a quick energy boost, or curbing those 3pm cravings. For best results, store the bars in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
- 3 scoops (90g) Orbit Nutrition Vanilla Protein Powder (can use chocolate for more intense chocolate flavour)
- 2 table spoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3/4 cup rolled or quick oats (gluten free if necessary)
- 2 tbsp Erythritol (or other sweetener, to taste)
- 1 cup (240mL) cold coffee
- Line a 9*5 baking pan with baking paper.
- In a large bowl, stir together the protein powder, cocoa powder, oats, and Erythritol. Mix in the cold coffee until fully mixed in together. Transfer the mixture into the prepared pan, and evenly press it down with a spatula. Chill for at least 2 hours, or until firm, before slicing into bars.
