Choc Chip Cookies
Ingredients
1.5 cup plain wholemeal flour
1 egg
¾ cup erythritol or raw stevia
1 tsp baking powder
1 scoop (30g) Orbit Nutrition Chocolate Protein
1 tsp cinnamon
100g grass fed butter, melted
100g dark chocolate nibs
Method
- Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius and line a baking tray with baking paper.
- In a large bowl, add the flour, egg, erythritol, baking powder, protein powder and cinnamon. Stir well until all ingredients have been combined.
- Add the butter to a cup and melt in the microwave for approx 45 seconds. Then add it to the bowl and stir through.
- Add dark chocolate, add to the mixture and stir through.
- Roll the mixture into 8 cookies using the palms of your hands and place onto the baking tray evenly spread apart. You may need to cook two separate batches to make sure that the cookies don’t spread and join to other cookies.
- Bake in the oven until slightly golden (approx 12-15min).
- Leave them to cool and enjoy.
