Ingredients
3 ripe bananas mashed
1 whole free range or organic egg
1/2 cup almond butter
2 table spoons cocoa powder
2 scoops orbit nutrition protein powder – Chocolate
1 tablespoon coconut sugar optional* or erythritol
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and line a muffin tin with muffin liners/baking paper.
- In a high speed blender (or mixing bowl), combine all your ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into each muffin tin, filling until just full.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out just clean. Allow to cool in the muffin tin completely.
