Ingredients:
1.5 cups rolled oats
2 scoops Orbit Nutrition Vanilla Protein
1 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp mixed spice
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 egg
1 medium banana
3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
Extra banana, maple syrup and toasted pecans, to serve
Method:
- Add the dry ingredients to a blender and combine until the oats form a flour like consistency.
- Add in the banana, egg and almond milk and blend until combined.
- Heat a little unsalted butter(preferably grass fed) on a large saucepan on medium heat, and add mixture to pan, flipping panckes when bubbles start to form round the sides.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
