Welcome to the weigh out. 

You have reached the end of phase #1 of the program.
 
The weigh out in week 6 is simply like a checkpoint to stop and monitor where you are.
 
From here moving to phase 2 its all about shocking that body with new ways to make sure you nervous system doesn’t get used to what you are doing.
