Coconut Oat Slice

2 eggs

1/3 cup butter, melted

2 tbsp honey

2 tbsp almond milk

1 cup quick oats

3/4 cup coconut flour

3/4 cup desiccated coconut

1/4 cup raw stevia or Erythritol

1 serving (30g) Orbit Nutrition Vanilla Protein Powder

1/2 tsp baking soda


  1. Pre-heat oven to 180°C.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, butter, honey and almond milk until combined.
  3. Add the oats, flour, desiccated coconut, sweetener, vanilla protein, and stir until all combined.
  4. Pour the mixture to a lined rectangular tin and spread evenly into the tin.
  5. Place in the oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean.
  6. Place on a rack to cool, slice into 10 even slices and enjoy!
