Healthy Banana Cake
Ingredients
Bread
- 3 scoops Orbit Nutrition ‘Vanilla’ Protein
- 4 medium sized bananas
- 310g greek yoghurt
- 120g coconut flour
- 145g egg whites
- 15g erythritol or stevia
- 2 tsp baking soda
Frosting
- 1 1/2 scoops Orbit Nutrition Protein – Vanilla
- 150g Walnuts soaked
- 4 tbl spn maple syrup – sugar free
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 125ml unsweetened coconut or almond milk
Instructions
Step 1:
Preheat over to 180 degrees.
Step 2:
Soak walnuts.
Step 3:
Mash banana & add all of the bread ingredients into a bowl and stir.
Step 4:
Grease medium to large baking tin and bake for 25 minutes (check if middle of cake has cooked through with knife).
Step 5:
Blend frosting ingredients together.
Step 6:
Allow cakes to cool on a wire tray before adding frosting.
