Vanilla/Raspberry Pancakes
Ingedients
2 scoops ‘Orbit Nutrition’ vanilla protein
1 1/2 cups oat flour (blended oats)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
2 whole eggs
3/4 – 1 cup unsweetened almond or coconut milk
1/2 tsp sea salt
Method
- Blend all ingredients in a blender or whisk until you get a good consistency
- Make sure it’s not too runny or too thick. add 1 table spoon of almond milk as needed to get a nice consistency to pour into a pan
- Pour into a medium heat pan and cook until lightly brown on other side (approx 25 – 30 seconds for small pancake)
- repeat this with the mixture
Will make around 12-14 small pancakes
