High Protein Lemon Slice

Try this simple no-bake lemon protein slice, featuring a base of Weet-Bix combined with our Grass Fed Vanilla WHEY Protein. This high protein bar strikes the perfect balance between sweet and tangy, resulting in a creamy and flavourful lemon slice that’s sure to satisfy your cravings.

 INGREDIENTS

  • 7 Weet-bix
  • 2 tbsp Maple syrup (sugar free)  
  • 1/3 cup Unsweetened Almond milk
  • 3 serves Orbit Nutrition Protein – Vanilla
  • 200ml water
  • 50g greek yogurt
  • 40ml lemon juice
  • 20g desiccated coconut

METHOD

  1. In a mixing bowl, crush weet-bix and mix in 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder, maple syrup and almond milk until combined well.
  2. Press the mixture down in a lined baking tray to form a base, cover and refrigerate.
  3. While the base is setting, mix the 3 scoops protein powder and water together in a bowl and stir until it creates a thick custard consistency.
  4. Add in the yogurt and lemon juice into your custard topping 
  5. Pour the lemon topping mixture over the base and top with the desiccated coconut.
  6. Cover and place in the fridge for 1-2 hours or until the slice has set.
  7. Cut into pieces, serve and enjoy!
