GUILT FREE FRENCH TOAST
INGREDIENTS
• 3 slices Ezekiel Bread
• 350g egg whites
• 1/2 tsp vanilla
• Dash of cinnamon
• Dash salt
• Rice Bran Oil
Cooking Spray
DIRECTIONS
Lightly toast bread in toaster oven. Mix egg
whites with vanilla, cinnamon & salt in
large shallow bowl. Soak bread slices in egg
mixture. Once soaked, place on skillet at
medium heat greased with cooking spray
oil. Flip toast until eggs are thoroughly
cooked and remove from heat. Top with
cinnamon and stevia packet.
