Weigh In

For the first habit, you’ll simply be weighing yourself every day. First thing in the morning after you go to the bathroom, hop on that bathroom scale without any clothes on. If your weight fluctuates daily, that’s ok! Don’t be alarmed to much by that. This is simply a habit to get you on the right track to weighing in. You may have seen some fluctuating numbers in the past with weighing yourself. 

Big fluctuations on the scales is not a constant drop and rise of body fat. 
As body fat is lost you will see that weight loss as a more permanent drop without the fluctuation. We are starting this habit with you daily for the first week to keep it in your mind that it will be an important habit moving forward. 
In the future we will move to once per week weigh ins.
