Steady Paced Cardio

This 1st weeks challenge workout is nothing intense for your body. It’s purely about priming your body and getting the blood flowing.

You will pick 1-2 days in your week on a day you are NOT working out.
You will go for a 30 minute (minimum) walk as soon as you get up in the morning on an empty stomach.
