GRILLED TUNA BURGER & SALAD
INGREDIENTS
1 egg white
75g dry oats
1⁄4tsp oregano
1⁄4tsp onion & garlic powder
50g mixed veggies of choice
2 cup romaine lettuce
11⁄2 cans tuna
Rice bran oil Cooking Spray
(choice of our dressings to top)
DIRECTION
Mix together egg white, tuna, oats &
spices and form into shape of a burger.
Cook on pan sprayed with cooking
spray oil at medium heat for about 3
minutes per side until finished. Serve
with a side salad of lettuce and
veggies along with your choice of
dressing.
