Lesson #7: GRILLED TUNA BURGER

GRILLED TUNA BURGER & SALAD

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 egg white
  • 75g dry oats
  • 1⁄4tsp oregano
  • 1⁄4tsp onion & garlic powder
  •  50g mixed veggies of choice
  • 2 cup romaine lettuce
  • 11⁄2 cans tuna
  • Rice bran oil Cooking Spray
  • (choice of our dressings to top)
DIRECTION

 

Mix together egg white, tuna, oats &
spices and form into shape of a burger.
Cook on pan sprayed with cooking
spray oil at medium heat for about 3
minutes per side until finished. Serve
with a side salad of lettuce and
veggies along with your choice of
dressing.
