HEALTHY FRIED RICE

INGREDIENTS
  • 200g cooked brown rice
  • 85g cooked chicken
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 cup mixed veggies
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • Bragg’s Liquid
  • Aminos (soy sauce alternative)
  • Rice Bran Cooking Spray

DIRECTIONS

Spray a medium sized skillet with
cooking spray oil, bring to medium heat
and add eggs. Continuously scramble
eggs and add in rice and veggies. Shred
chicken and add along with spices.
Sautee entire mixture in Bragg’s Liquid
Aminos, remove from heat and serve.
