TURKEY, BASIL, CHILLI MINCE DISH
Turkey basil and chilli mince dish
Makes 15-20 servings
2 kg turkey mince
1 large zucchini grated
1 carrot grated
1 Spanish onion diced To blend together for sauce
3 hot chillies
Bunch of basil
5 large tomatoes
1 can diced tomatoes
6 cloves garlic
Tbsp macadamia oil
Cook all turkey first without the sauce mix
Once all turkey is cooked then add the sauce and stir all through.
Let simmer on low for 20 minutes stirring occasionally.
