SPICY CHILLI CON CARNE

Spicy Chilli Con Carne 

Ingredients:

 500gm ground grass fed beef
 1/2 cup red onion, chopped
 1 green pepper, chopped
 1 red bell pepper, chopped
 2 tablespoons chilli powder (no additives) or 2-3 fresh chilli
 1 tablespoon cumin
 2 cloves garlic, minced
 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
 2 teaspoons salt
 1 teaspoon pepper
 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder or 2 cloves fresh garlic
 3 medium size tomatoes, diced
 
Instructions:
 In a large pan/skillet with very light drizzle macadamia oil, brown the ground beef, onion and garlic; drain the grease.
 Add the peppers and all of the spices.
 Stir in the tomatoes; bring to a simmer and cook 10 minutes.
 Server over chopped lettuce or some long grain brown rice
