Lesson #8: LEMON ASPARAGUS

LEMON "BUTTER" ASPARAGUS

INGREDIENTS
 
• 15 stalks of asparagus
• 170g any white fish
(suggestion: dory)
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• Rice Bran Cooking
Spray
 
DIRECTIONS
Sauté the asparagus in skillet
sprayed with cooking spray. When
the asparagus slices are tender
drizzle lemon juice on top. Move
asparagus to side of skillet and
spray again with cooking spray,
turn heat to medium- high.Add fish
to skillet and cook about 2-3
minutes per side until crisp. Add
salt to taste, remove and plate!
