EGG AND AVOCADO WRAP

Ingredients

  • 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1 avocado, cubed
  • 2 tablespoons No fat Greek Yoghurt 
  • 1 tsp crushed 100% garlic
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • sea salt and cracked pepper to taste

Preparation

Put all ingredients in a bowl. Mix all together well. Serve as is, in a wrap or wrap it in ice burg lettuce. You can add other ingredients such as chicken, tomato and other veggies that you like. 

Note: If you add the extra calories make sure you add them to your daily intake.
